has been created or learned out of my own humanness.

My own relentless search for healing.

That for many years left me with more questions than answers….

& then…..

I began to learn

about things like the nervous system,

wounds and trauma, attachment,

how our bodies store difficult things,

about things like “internal” parts,

and embodied healing vs. overthinking.

I experienced all these areas

as a client

& sought training in them

as a professional.

& it changed my life.

It formed the foundation for my passion

about supporting others in these areas.

My approach

here’s the deal- therapy is about YOU,

but… here are 5 things you should know about me and my approach

1) I offer 50 minute in person (Denver Cap Hill area) and/or virtual sessions

2) I only use therapy approaches that I have experienced as effective both personally + professionally.

3) Because pure talk therapy can only take us so far- we will have the opportunity to go deeper than talk therapy to create SUSTAINABLE AND LASTING healing- which involves integrating 4 approaches (more on this below)

4) I will offer you practical tools that you can use to begin to build your own healing practices outside of our sessions

5) I believe there is no place for judgment in the therapy room. what I already know about you- is that you make sense.

As a fellow human being, I know that life is not perfect.

My background is in systemic work. This means I am always thinking about the whole. I see change happening both within and around. Because of this- in our work I consider the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, in all aspects of our work.

The latest in neuroscience and the therapy world is the basis for my practice and work.
