My own relentless search for healing.
That for many years left me with more questions than answers….
& then…..
I began to learn
about things like the nervous system,
wounds and trauma, attachment,
how our bodies store difficult things,
about things like “internal” parts,
and embodied healing vs. overthinking.
I experienced all these areas
as a client
& sought training in them
as a professional.
& it changed my life.
It formed the foundation for my passion
about supporting others in these areas.

My background is in systemic work. This means I am always thinking about the whole. I see change happening both within and around. Because of this- in our work I consider the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, in all aspects of our work.
The latest in neuroscience and the therapy world is the basis for my practice and work.
