Hey there! Welcome to Be Counseling.

ABOUT MY APPROACH
here’s the deal- therapy is about YOU,
but… here are 4 things you should know about me and my approach
1) I am not perfect, I am not a guru, I do not have it all figured out. but I really love being with people in hard times and I believe and have personally experienced the approaches I use in session (Internal Family Systems and Gottman Therapy). both have helped many humans feel lighter and more hopeful.
2) you are always welcome in therapy, I genuinely care deeply about my clients (really I do they are cool people). AND I believe my role is to help you build relationships and tools in your own life and I am doing you a disservice if I am not leading you towards that. my hope is always that you are learning how to repair and support your life and relationships in time.
3) I feel most aligned when I am supporting those in seasons I have already walked through. for this reason I work with those navigating dating and the early stages of a relationship who do not (maybe yet) have kids
4) spirituality that is inclusive and welcoming to all (how we make sense of this life we live, meaning, purpose and pain) is foundational to my work.
Does this sound like you?
Outwardly you are successful, but inwardly you are struggling. You know deep down it is affecting your relationships.
You just want to feel better about yourself and where you are at in life, but you don’t know quite how to get there.
You struggle to even begin to picture that things could be different.
If this does sound familiar- we should talk.
Most of the clients I work with start therapy wanting something different, but feeling like it is impossible to get there.
It is absolutely possible to feel the freedom you dream of,
to have confidence in areas outside of just work,
to have work-life balance and thriving relationships
How do I know it’s possible? Because I’ve seen it happen.
When one’s own hunger for healing is combined with an effective approach, SO MUCH can happen
Healing is possible, and the hardest part of deciding to look for counselors is already done. The rest of it- you don't have to do alone.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good FaithEstimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Colorado Division of Insurance at 303-894-7490 or 1-800-930-3745.
